Shawnster:

You can read the CD on the Mac, but the index won't work. You will have to dig around in the files (they are in PDF format) with Acrobat until you find what you want. Big PITA, makes me hate Microsoft even more since the latest version of Explorer won't run the software for the menu (it's not Java, it's an .exe file).

There are some index/table of content pages, so when you find those you can print them and at least know what section you want.

When you print, you may want to turn off "fit to page" on a laser printer -- takes eons for the computer to re-format to a slightly smaller pages size. You will lose a tiny bit off the bottom and possibly the top margin, but printing speed becomes managable.

Macs rule!

you can always run Virtual PC. Sucks to have to run an inferior operating system just to view what should be a cross platform PDF directory.
Agree with Peter, Macs rule. I have 17 of them running here in the office and house (2 laptops, 2 Imacs, 13 G3 & G4 web/mail/DNS/shopping cart servers) "Think Different" is not just for the cars I drive
