bypassed acc servo on w116

Hey everyone,

I successfully bypassed my servo this morning for heat. Both my aux water pump and servo were stuck. I used a combination of 5/8 heater hose and fittings straight into the heater core. The heat works great now. I plan on putting a 1/2" hot water pvc shut off valve for the summer. If any one has any questions on how i done it please let me know.

Ty

How hard to convert/

I'm thinking about hrowing away my servo and converting to the newer monovalveset up but can't seem to figur eout what else I need to convert?
Anyone done this before?

BTW TY - I bypassed mine too but the water pump stills runs so I just threw in a piece of 1/2 inch tubing and all is well for heat. If it warms up though I'm in trouble.

my aux pump was locked up, i mean i couldn't turn the spindle or nothing. And your not in trouble when it comes warm weather. Well maybe not depending on which way you rigged it. Im am going to try to come up with a fix for that shortly. Well anyway I sent you some stuff good luck with that darn servo.
