Water Pump Replacement

I replaced the water pump in my car yesterday, and I think I have got all the air out of the sytem, but it still seems to be running in the 190°F-200°F range. Before I replaced the pump, it would run at 175°F. Is there something I am missing here, or is there still some air left in the system.
