Added cooling system capacity for a 240
Just some info to pass along... I have a nice '77 240D and the origional radiator "Gave it up". I have a '77 300D parts car in the back yard. I took the radiator out of it and the clutch fan. The radiator fits the 240 with NO hose change or shroud change. I am going to try the clutch fan as I think It will take less HP out of the little 240 engine. It also bolts right up. The oil cooler also bolted up to the 300 radiator. I saved the 300 oil cooler to later put it on the 240. I have to take the oil lines off of the 300 eng to make it work.
I would use the 300D non-turbo radiator if I had to buy a new one. Might as well get the extra capacity for the summer time when running the A/C.
