Anyone else break their kick panel?
Yesterday I took my kick panel off looking for the buzzer, and looking at the vacuum lines for the seat locks. When I was putting it back on, I was gently pushing on it it cracked. I think the clip got slightly bent so that the panel was not going on all the way. Anyways, I pulled it back off and put the panel in place without the clip. In the future I am going to try and epoxy the crack back together and try and bend the clip bak to where it should be. Has anyone else done this?

When I got my 300D the "dead pedal" was cracked in two pieces. I taped it together with masking tape on the front and roughed up the back side of it, layered fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin over most of it to reinforce the whole thing. It worked like a charm, you can hardly see it was broken and is much stronger than before. Should work fine on your kick panel. RT

Panel repair:
You can go to a hobby shop and get a glue called {Zap a Gap}. There is also a kicker for it. This is the industrial {crazy glue} and yes it will glue you fingers together. Easy with the kicker to much make's it brittle.
