My son has this car and it blew a rod yesterday. Car's in beautiful condition inside and out, a classic. We need to find an engine for it and so far have had no luck. I posted a message on swap shop but as I'm new here I'm not sure that's where I should have posted. Any help would be appreciated.

Glenda,

If you're willing to spring for a full rebuild, than I would recommend Metric Motors in Canoga Park, CA. They offer excellent service and their engines are top quality. They have a toll free number (sorry, don't know it off hand) so check with 800 information and give them a buzz. Hope this helps!
