water pump seal question
so the car sat for several weeks after having the hoses spliced for the veg tank and line install. recently water has been "weeping" thru the weep hole after driving. i replace it.
can the seal go bad if there is not enough water in the system? that is my question.

but if it is weeping then it needs replacing. i am thinking not from low water.
