There is a gray market 1983 300D with 4 speed for sale in San Francisco area. It's on craigslist.org. I've read so much discussion about std trans swaps in 300D's here, I thought some fokes would like to know about this.

I could not find the car on craigslist. Can you help me with more info. I am getting on a plane headed for SF in a few hours and will be there all week.

Upon another look at craigslist, while the listing is for the bay area, the car is in Roseville (near Sac.). The date of listing is 7/11
The listing title reads "Rare 1983 Mercedes...".
