Xenon Headlights for 300SD
Any recommendations? Do I have to replace the headlamp unit entirely (wouldn't think so).
Also, one of my headlamps seems out of alignment. Any suggestions how to realign? Do I need that "tool"? Thanks in advance. Bud |

There are aftermarket kits for replacing your bulb with an HID bulb. These include the ballast transformers and other necessary wiring and components. Do a google search for HID lights and I'm sure you'll find them. They are upwards toward $1,000 for a kit.
That said, make sure you know what you're getting. These systems are Xenon for LOW BEAM ONLY. They really don't do much good. The very late models have Xenon on high AND low beam so they are very useful. Good luck, |

$1,000? Wow--I think I can live with the lights just the way they are!
Thanks though Larry. |
