There's also Coast Fuel Injection, near the 101/880 interchange. They're not Benz-specific, but in my experience (limited since I mainly do my own work) they know what they're doing.

Joe's Engine shop, Concord.

If you don't mind driving 40-50 miles to Concord, I had excellent service provided by Joe's Engine Shop. 925-682-4013. They identified the cracked head (a Bimmer M20 engine) before any work was done. I got a replacement and they did the head work. The head came back like new, and the car runs perfect now. I don't know the rate for MBZ heads, but for the M20 head, they charged me around $350. Highly recommanded.
