87 MB 190E 2.3L 8V Air filter housing has engine oil????

Hi! I am new in MB group. I have some questions about my car. 2 weeks ago, my car is stall after warm up due to vaccum leak. I connected all the hoses and cleaner idle control valve and air flow meter by Lubro Moly Air Flow Cleaner. Then, my car ran very good until yesterday.

Now, my car was stall every braking (after warm up again). I took off the air filter housing and saw some engine oil there from the breather hose. Does those oils will effect the idle??? It seems idle drop too much when braking (around 500rpm), then stall.

Please give me some comments. Thanks
