Radiator Replacement 1992 300D

I need to replace the radiator due to the infamous broken neck for the upper hose. The job looks pretty straight forward except for the two transmission lines that are connected to the radiator. Can I just remove these and screw them back into the new radiator once it is in position? Will transmission fluid drain out of these lines when they are disconnected? Also, what holds the radiator in place besides the clips on top? And, where is the drain plug? Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

I tried the link in the DYI section, but it isn't working.

Thanks,
Dale
