Exchangeable parts between '67 200D and '79 240D....???

Finally, finally can get my hands on decent finbody diesel!!! My plan is to bone my existing '79 240D, upgrade/swapping parts that are interchangeable across 2 generations of Mercedes Benz........ or just liquidate the 123 at bargain price if not swap it outright for the 110 Heckflosse Benz that in my opinion is the finest 35-40mpg car that anybody could ever own. Yeah, i know the thing is slow as a slug that creeps up to warp drive of maybe 72mph.... but I dont care!!

My question is whether or not glowplugs, injectors, injector pump and generator, starter are interchangeable?

Btw, engine swap is out of the question with differences in driveline hookup and oil filter that collides with Heckflosse steering gear. But am certain 14" wheels (even bundt-cakes) will fit easily as upgrade over stock finbody 13" rims. Also the entire dash woodwork, window trimmings and leather seats (if i can fine em) are interchangeable from contemporary '60s 220Sb sedans. Yep, this is gonna be an excellent project/dailly driver for me.

Hahaha, heeheehee - it will be exciting as hell to be drivin primitive old world Benz again thats got zero vacuum system, zero electronics - and practically nothin electrical except the headlights. Hell, if its the newer version it's even got deluxe 2 speed windshield wipers, instead of one speed wipers that were stock equipment on the earlier 190b and some 190c's.
