vibration at 45-50 mph and whine 300d

I have a vibration and whine coming from what seems to be the rear of the car. So far I have replaced both cv shafts centering bushings, flex disks, and center support and bearing on the driveshaft .I have also replaced both rear wheel bearings. I still have the vibration. It seems to be periodic once every 1 to 2 seconds. Any Ideas?

thanks in advance,
jmdunn

My dad helped me change the oil in the differential? and that quieted it down a lot. Fluid was very low. Try that?

update

o.k., I'm beginning to question my sanity. I have so far replaced the differential, both cv shafts, center support bushing and bearing, both flex disks, driveshafts, differential mount and replaced all my wheel bearings and balanced my tires. The vibration still is here. Now at 45 mph and up. This is driving me nuts. Any ideas?
thanks,
jmdunn

Did you check the smoothness of the u-joint while the driveshaft was out of the car? If the u-joint is stiff in one position, it needs to be replaced. If it is indeed stiff in the center in one or more axis, you should try putting a few washers between he carrier bearing mount and the body. This will cause the u-joint to flex at a slightly different area, and will sometimes correct a droning vibration.

Good luck,
