Rear Shock Bushing / Donut?

My mechanic is telling me that the slamming noise from the rear wheel well is NOT the shock, the shock itself looks OK, he says that it appears that there is a donut or bushing between the shock and the body which isolates and quiets the shock a little which is worn/ gone.

Anybody know where I can get this?
I can't find it in any parts books/ catalogs which I have.

Oh, this is my '81 300TD with SLS.

I'll post my own reply...

Nobody answered at Fast Lane, then I called Performance Products and the guy told me he had no idea what I needed.

Then I gave my VIN to the local MB Dealer and he ordered me a "rebuild" kit for these donuts/spacer thingies for $22.00 each side.

Sears will charge me around $30 total for installation so that's no too bad I guess.
