Can you expand on that? You have to pull one out so you can drive the other one, right? I dont see how one would drive both out...
Also, what would one use to lubricate? Im hopefully going to do this job this weekend... Thanks!

My upper bushing came out okay with the bolt, and I used a mallet and an 18 inch strip of wood, maybe 3/4 inch square, as a punch to drive the lower one out.
