Solution ::::FINALLY !!!!!

After looking at the Fuse designation chart in the fuse box, I saw that Fuse # 17 which is suppose to be for:

wipe/wash system, optical horn, relay headlamp cleaning unit/comfort circuitry/window lift-tem 86

looked a little suspicious. Changed it out and everything works.

Note that this fuse did not mention any of the problems that I was having other than the criptic "window lift-term.86"

This fuse fixed my High beam flashers, all seats and all windows.

This is on my '86 300 SDL. Other models may vary.
