???

Am I crazy, or is her car the MB cream-color? That's the color of my 300D. On paintscratch.com it is known as "light ivory." The actual color of the paint you see changes throughout the day, e.g.-when it's cloudier it looks more pale, but when it's bright it looks creamier, or something like that. That's probably why people think it's white. That fence behind the car is white.

Thanks for the replies, everyone. The more I drive her, the more certain I am she was worth every penny.

I have a few issues I will need to tackle soon -- drivers seal belt is tangled in the coiler mechanism (but still works), passenger's door requires more key effort to lock and unlock (and doesn't always pull vacume), a few engine oil leaks, windshield sprayer pump needs replacement, and the transmission vacume modulator seems off.

Thats actually a pretty small list of problems...

And MBwD is right, the car is cream colored. I am not sure if it is the lighting conditions or the camera white balance, but the pictures are not a good demonstration of the real color. The cream/beige/butterscotch color is the one I have.

Congratulations on the "new" car! Too bad on the 115; I thought that car looked really good...

Wait, unlocking your passenger's door activates the vacuum-locks?

My 123 doesn't, and I've been under the impression that it's not supposed to. Also, (and I would presume for that reason) it's more difficult to turn the key...I could easily be wrong, but I was under the impression that that was normal.

If not, mayeb I have something I need to fix too

No, the passenger's door doesn't activate the vacuum locks.

I suspect Cazzidy means two separate things in that sentence.

Congratulations, Cassidy! I'm glad everything worked out on the car, I think you'll be very happy with it.

Very, very nice! You didn't pay too much. In fact, I think these cars are undervalued most of the time anyway due to age and peoples ignorance. RT
