That also has me thinking. Because we are the second owners of our 123 and the seats look exactly the same as the one for sale so when i go back to work on wed im going to have a vmi run and see what i have..

I know mine is leather, still have the window sticker. I'll look at the pics of the interior of the ebay car again..

edit: looks just like mine, except even nicer. Beautiful. I wouldnt have it just because it is leather, but that's personal preference again. I am told it's pretty rare on diesels.

And I HATE those fancy frickin photo popup things like that. What's wrong with just haveing the full size image pop up in another window, eh?

It looks like leather to me. Upon closer inspection(zoomed in pics), those seats seem to have the same textural properties as the seats in my SDL(though different seat design). Yep, definitely leather. I know MB tex when I see it.

Notice the creases, and the dullness, and the smoothness of the seats.

BTW. The W123 had leather seats similar to the R107 SL.

Since I've never seen a leather interior in a W123 do they have the same perforations in the thin vertical strips that run between the bolsters as the MB-Tex interiors?

I just saw a palimino Tex interior in a 123 for the first time tonight.
And if it'd been leather in that car, it'd have been TRASH. Tex must be darn tuff stuff. I could actually easily tell the difference now though.
