Dinner, Dallas, June 4th. Confirmation Thread

Dinner is set for Friday night, June 4th. 6PM at Sonny Bryan's Barbeque, 302 N. Market St. Dallas. This is two blocks East and then one block North from the infamous Texas School Book Depository building. The street that runs East and West in front of the TSBD building is one way headed West, so keep this in mind.

People who have indicated that they will join us have been:

Zoonhollis
Diesel Power
samiam4 and his wife
suginami
RockinWagin
archibald2
dmorrison and his family
Bailey'sBenz
G-Benz
jcyuhn and his wife

Please confirm and tell me if it will be only yourself or if not, how many will be joining you. Anyone and everyone along with their family or friends are welcome, I just need a head count so I can reserve a large table.

So, please respond with how many in your party.

We look forward to seeing you all there and showing Paul some good ol' Texas hospitality.

Have a great day,

Just me Larry.

What time will you be picking me up at the hotel? (The Sheraton just on the other side of the street from the Anatole).

I'll definitely be there. Either in the Toyota, or if fate can smile upon me for a change, on the Goldwing.

Larry,

Sure wish I could make the trip from Austin, but it doesn't look as though I'll be able to.

Maybe next time, preferably on a weekend evening....

Okay, most of you have confirmed. If not, please do so.

I will get a table for a few extra, so anyone who wishes to show up even without confirmation, please feel free to do so. We will manage.

Paul,

I'll pick you up at 5:45 if that's not too early. Let me know.

Have a great day,

5:45 is fine.

I still have your cell #, that is of course if it is the same as before.

Looking at the schedule for Friday, it will be in the vicinity of 7PM before I get down to the West End. Please don't eat all the brisket before then

I'm not familiar with that Sonny Bryan's location. Is there a parking lot we're taking over for a mini-Mercedes show? If not, I may just ride down on DART rail. My cars are too dirty to show to anybody anyways...

We have a reservation for 6PM, Friday, June 4th. The reservation is under the name "Mercedes Shop." Original, huh?

There is a good size parking lot to the west of their building and at 6 it probably won't be very full. If you will go to the Far East side, then maybe the late comers will be able to park there too.

I look forward to seeing you all and meeting those that I have not yet met.

Have a great day,
