If my power steering pump number begins with a 126 and I have a w123.............????

I just looked at my power steering pump today and I noticed that the part number begins with 126 ??? ??? ??? etc..... Does that mean that someone previous has changed it out ? I do drive a W123 240 D...

A lot of MBs have interchangeable parts. I've seen some parts on my car that begin with 116(fuel tank door sticker), and 123.
