Brake line ? on 83 240D (Almost crashed)

Well, I almost lost the beast tonight. I was on my way home from the bar tonight and rounding a corner, the brakes went to the floor. Thank goodness there was soft sand and vegetation on the shoulder. I stopped about 3 ft in front of a tree. Had to walk for 3 miles to find a house that would answer the door and let me use the phone.

Anyways, I think the beast is ok, except for a leak in the brake line. It's drivers side rear, probably about 3/4 of the way back from the rear door to the wheel well. It's leaking pretty good.

I was hoping some of the fine folks around may be able to walk me thru replacing this line (section of line?), give me any tips, or maybe even throw in a photo or 2 or 3.

Thanks in advance...
