I am selling the car, for my Son's Mother in Law. Her husband, unfortunately committed suicide and we are all helping her sort out her life. So he was really into the Mercedes 300 Turbo Diesel cars. What we have is a complete running and titled 1980 300SD Turbo Diesel, 218,118 miles on the clock. There are what seems to be all the trim pieces for the exterior, as he was just getting ready to have it painted prior to his death. There is a separately posted complete running spare engine and accessories, listed separately, along with a spare exhaust. The car is equipped with Air Conditioning, but it is not working at the moment. He had just replaced the front brake calipers and rotors. The tires are in great shape. I had the motor listed on the Defender form, as it is a favored choice for some Defender conversions, this board was suggested as an alternative. So I am posting it here as well. However if you would like to take both, it can be worked out. He did extensive work to both engines. He was a retired master machinest and worked at the Duval Mine here and was very familiar with diesels and their maintenance.
