Under your name it says you are from "Belleville". There's probably a Belleville in every one of the 50 states, plus many over seas. Where are you?

Thanks.

Thanks for your kind words. I just got "Ruby" out of the shop yesterday with all new brakes AND an all new (converted) working A/C system...of course now we're not having 90+ degree weather now, but I ran the system anyway

I love this car so much, I hate to see it go, and the color (Garnet) is so beautiful and, what I consider, rare.

Everyone wants black...what's up with that?

I have to get our department dig. camera to take some photo's of Ruby, to share. If she doesn't sell, so much the better for me...I'll just "garage" her and drive my lovely Saturn Wagon

I love these little faces :p

I can't buy it but I'd love to see a picture or two also.

Black is a popular MB color but I like the deep reds. I never was much on blue until I got the midnight blue '82 300D - that's a nice color.

Give us a pic of the interior too if you have a chance - nothing like a nice S-class leather interior.

Update:

Ruby, my gem, is still for sale...I've not been too agressive to sell her quite yet! I have some pictures and I've tryed (sort of) to post them here but I'm not having much luck.

I'm in need of directions on how to post photos, please.

FWIW, the lower body is likely painted Navarra Red, which was the original color combo on my 500E.

What's FWIW mean?

Garnet is such a beautiful color. If I get another MB, that's the only color I would consider!

Do you know how to post photos?

I believe "FWIW" means : For What Its Worth

Sorry, I am not sure if I am able to help you with posting pictures. However, try this:

MAke sure the pictures are under the maximum size allowed. Then upload it from your computer by choosing "Browse", double click on the picture, then hit ENTER. Hopefully that will upload the picture. Maybe someone else can help
