1985 380SE Euro - Texas

I'm placing this ad for a friend here in Dallas:

1985 380SE Grey-Market. It's silver with blue heated cloth seats. The seats are manual. Manual climate controls with left and right control. Fairly new stereo with CD changer in trunk. New Timing chain, new catalytic converter and tune up. Has Euro adjustable lamps and Euro bumpers.

114K miles. He bought the car with 70K. It had apparantly been used as an embassy car in South America. The car was brought to the US, used some and parked in storage in Fort Worth for about 5 years. The car was then sold at auction. He drives only a few miles to work each day and also drives his Jeep about half of the time, so the miles haven't racked up too bad on it.

What's wrong? There is a small rip in the driver's seat. The Cruise doesn't work, and the drivers door latch needs the lock replaced. I'll post pictures as soon as he takes them.

Please contact him at KunkelBA@aol.com for further information. He's open to offers!
