I got tired of the old gray grill and wasn't really inspired by the "Avantegarde" style either so I created my own. Taking a page from Scott and other custom grillers hand books I give you the "Bentley a la AMG look". I also re-did the lower head light panels. I used the same powder coated mesh so that they too would match the grill.
Custom powder coated Red Baron Red to match Signal Red of 93 500E.
All chrome amenities were likewise powder coated red baron red....
The two front bumper pieces, the 3 rear bumper pieces, and each of the thin strips that goes along the lower door panel....and of course the piece' de resistance' THE GRILL
The car is in the body shop having all the paint imperfections removed. monochromed the tail lights and the black strip on the trunk. It'll look more like the new benzes now with EVERYTHING Red. I just hope the Grill doesn't whistle!
