compressor diff problem Help

I have a 2002 C230 coupe I've just blown my rear diff for the second time and I don't want to put the same stock components back in for the third go around. Does anyone know of any upgrades?

What's causing your diff to blow?? Too much torque?!?!

differential

i doubt that the car has the power to destroy differentials, have you added performance upgrades? when you replaced the previous differentials, did you rebuild them yourself? if so where did you get the reassemble specifications? is it possible it was not put back togeather correctly, using the correct tolerences?

Even if you exessively beat on it, carry a large load or run it low on oil... there's no good explanation for "blowing" 2 diff's in 3 years. Especially on a supercharged 2.8L. I mean, it's not like a 2004 E55 AMG diff!!! I'd say Mercedes has a defective part. What goes wrong? Are they just whining or are the ring and pinion gears breaking? Is this model limited slip?
