I was wondering if this could be done to the CLK430, having dual exhaust like the CL500. Would it require a major change under the car or just an, im not an expert at this stuff so i possibly could be wrong.

It can be done...Some owners have...I looked into it for my 55...but you have to chop some body work underneath...lose some of the trunk...just didn't seem worth it to me...better to spend you money upgrading the performance of the existing system.

yeah there is just no clearance there...you either have to move the battery and or lose the spare...those that have done have gone to run flat tires.

If it was done, do you think it would look good? And how much would it cost? If you know, if not thats ok!

I see this would be a very simple modification, dual exhaust on your Benz. The only major problem is The color. Any color but Glacier White can readily be done. Sorry, you loose. Happy Trails Beep Beep from Houston.

I'm just jealious. I wish someone would come up with duals on my old tub. It is an inline six with dual manifolds into one Cat with two outlets. Boy would I like to exit the manifolds with a domestic Cat into a Performance, yet quite Muffler. By the By, White is the number one and my favorite color. Happy Trails Beep Beep from Houston.
