Run,
I have read all of the posts, HAVE YOU REPLACED THE THROTTLE ACTUATOR?

This actuator is responsible for Electronic Acceleration, cruise and idle. I have seen MANY fail! If you slice open the shiny black wire harness, I'd bet you will find burned or cracked wires in there. I have seen this over and over because there is a slight fault in the feedback potentiometer.
