Would a supersprint header that fits these..

-C-Class W202 06'93-05'00
-C-Class W202T Station Wagon 04'96-05'00
-W124 Convertible 01'85-05'95
-W124 Coupe 01'85-

...fit a four door 300e. If not would it take a lot of fabrication? This thing is a grand so i wouldnt want to mess anything up.

These are for 4 cylinder engines, You can have a set of custom headers made for $1000 or less. You will gain about 10-15 HP at the most.

the thing is I need a new pre-cat and its all one piece, the stock one is like 1600 which is like a third of the worth of the car.
