Guys, I'm in the process of fitting a 6 speed to my m104 kompressor. I'll keep you posted how it works out, but the gearbox, clutch, and flywheel are already bolted up to the engine.

Yes the 6 speed swap works fine, no issues at all. It needed a custom gearbox crossmember, and I used the gearlever from a BMW in the end.
