air intake??
Has anybody tried them or this type of thing. Do they help?Heres a link to one I saw on EBay

The "kit" you see is a VW intake boot, some pipe and a cone filter. The boot you can get from a junkyard, the pipe from a plumbing shop and the cone filter from an auto supply store. I think you should be able to do the math.
 Cold air intakes for the W201 and W124 have been discussed in detail in other posts here.
