Are there any websites which offer a VIN search to see if a car is really an AMG? Looking at a 380 SEC that the owner claims in an AMG car. Have not seen the car in person but will do so tomorrow. From pics it appears to have the body and rims but don't really know enough to be sure. Also, would this car have engine mods from AMG, and if so, how would a novice know? Thanks in advance for any and all replys.
