1976 450sl Fuel/brake Lines
Hello,Looking for a little help. I'm replacing the fuel lines and brake lines on my 76 450SL. The lines are mounted to the chassis in rubber bushings, and after 28 years the rubber has become a little brittle, etc. I have been unable to locate these bushings, aftermarket.
The local ME/BE dealer has everything but a mask and a gun behind the parts counter. Anyone know where I might be able to get these items. I'm trying to do it right without cobbing it up. Thank You JOB |

I always try Phil here at Fastlane first. It he does not have them you may try K & K manufacturing. They stock the brake lines and clips, maybe they will have the bushings too.

Try an automotive parts shop. Many have a rack stocked with the 'Help' product line. They have scads of various small parts that are hard to find. Also try hydrqaulic supply shops. Not the ones that just make hoses like car parts shops but the ones that handle hyd. tubing and fittings.
