US market 107's, any with manual windows?

I am slowly accumulating a mish-mash of Mbz cars as toys...I saw an early production 450SL with no wood on the dash, A/C that was not the push-button ACC-style setup and tex interior recently. Did any US market cars not have A/C? Did any have manual windows? I'm just thinking in terms of simplicity...which I guess is not really the point of an SL, but I thought I'd ask.
