You can buy Zerex G-05 from NAPA and PepBoys. Basically the same stuff as genuine Mercedes coolant, but less than half the price.
It even says "Approved for Mercedes" on the label.

2nd that re:the Zerex G-05. Used it with no problems and it looks the same as MB coolant.

It is the same as MB Coolant, unless Mercedes switched suppliers recently.
