New owner being cooked. No owners manual. He can't figure out the lever positions to adjust the vertical heater/cold air controls. |

Both levers down=no heat (unless something isn't working right, in which case all bets are off)

unlikely the microswitches are at fault , that would be no heat, most likely vacuum pod on fire wall. BTW, You can manually close the valve with ease

I just asked this question....inside 2 levers down for cold-up for heat outside levers up for dash/face down for feet.
