W108 SEL 4.5 rear end ?

Gang I have one of these rear ends in my shop. It came off a 300SEL 4.5 but it has a W108 part number on the pumpkin. I know that these are popular amongst W113 owners. I'm not sure what the ratio is (except it came from a 4.5) but I will drag it across the shop in order to measure the revolutions.

(if there is a way of determining it by counting teeth in the pumpkin, I would be grateful if you could let me know).

Anything 108 or 109 with a 4.5 should be 3.23 or 3.27, and it should be stamped on the housing. I'd post it for sale on that 113 forum.

Also check for the LSD variant , should have a stamped metal tag affixed to the pumpkin. To find the ration stampings use a putty knife to scrape the layer of dirt off the flat edgeds of the pumpkin...
