Shifter Plate (wood) - PeachParts Mercedes-Benz Forum

I have a 81 380sl, when trying to buy the wood shifter plate on the console, I noticed that all the dealers do not have the configuration that my plate has. I have 2 small red rocker type switches for heated seats located at the front end of the panel forward the shifter lever. I do not see any of these with these 2 extra cut outs. Is this something that could have been added by someone and not original to the car?.

The heated seats switch holes have to be cut out by the installer.
