Finally bought an SL
Well, I finally bought an SL. A 1982 380SL. just under 140,000 miles. Nice 16 inch BBS wheels. Leather interior in fair condition.
I will go to Texas on vacation and pick the car up. Almost rust free, just a couple of blisters and flaking paint in a few areas. Alibassi is kind enough to store the car until i pick it up. Thanks Al for finding this one for me. Midlife crisis...

Very nice project with great wheels on it! Engine is smooth and quite a bit more responsive then I expected a 380SL to be.
I think it's a great buy!
