How do I replace R107 front bumper guard?
I was thinking undoing the bottom bolt was too simple (it is...)...
Do I need to remove the entire bumper or bumper cover? If so, how so? I saw 4 bolts on the bottom but loosened those and there was no movement. Any help? Diagrams? Anything would be appreciated. BTW, the bumper guard is the rubber piece that is more or less perpendicular to the rest of the bumper. Thanks, Joe

On a US bumpered car, it can't be done without removing the bumper - somewhere on this board, this is described. Even though it's made of aluminum, it's still heavy, so this is a two-person job if you don't want anything to be damaged.

Oy. I was afraid of that. I'll do some more searches.
