I use MAGNACORE wires in my 85 280SL Euro and am very happy with them. They are custom made in the States for any MB model and age.
You can find them at alamomotorsprots.com or can call them at 1-800-880-0960. Reasonable price and fast delivery. I went with them after trying some NKG and another brand, had trouble matching the wires to the 110 engine but the MAGNACORE wires fit perfectly and perform well, even in our 110 degrees plus Arizona temperatures..Desert
