Can't Log Into EPC?

I have been trying to log into EPC for the last several days with no luck. I assumed that it was due to a new version of Windows 7 and IE so I tried an older CPU running XP and still no luck. Is anyone else have issues...?

I did send EPC an email but the autoresponder indicates a response within 3 business days.

Thanks!

Is there an error code? What happens when you attempt to log in?

I had this problem last week too. I read the FAQ associated with technical requirements on the EPC website. It suggested cleaning out the cache in the Java console which in Windows 7 is located in your control panel.

I did this - no luck. I uninstalled Java, then downloaded again using the links at the bottom of the EPC tech requirements page. I immediately updated Java to version 6.33; after all this, EPC worked again.

EPC failed a few days ago again so I cleaned out the Java cache. This time that did the trick.

Interesting...

I cleaned out my history, cookies, temp files, etc. and made sure that Java was the most recent version and still no love. I have also tried access via different computers and still no luck. Obviously the issue is on my end. My last attempt resulted in the system indicating that the 'security certificate' has expired and then goes to a blank screen.

Thanks!
