Soft Top Doesn't seal 100% on rear deck

Is there an adjustment that can be made to have the rear deck latch for the soft top pull down a tad more, mine sits proud in the center and I suspect the latch isnt pulling it down the extra centimeter to get a good tight seal to deck union? Picture of adjustment method greatly appreciated
