Need suggestions for restitching conv top windows.

My top and windows are both fine, no need to get them replaced. But the stitching is starting to come out of the sides of the rear window, enough where I can stick my finger into the hole. Im worried about leaks and stuff.

Any suggestions?? Im wondering if, with the right thread material, I can stitch this up myself. Or is this something a shop can do? The holes are only an inch or so large.
