Has anybody seen one of these yet on the aftermarket? I am wanting a burl wood one but so far I have been unable to locate one. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Looked up your car on

www.************************

They had three different woods (Burlwood, Chestnut and Black Birdseye Maple) and what appears to be three different trim colors to match your interior.

Priced from $85 - $130...

My bad. My car is NOT an R209 model (that would be a CLK)...it is the new SL model (I don't remember the model #). I still don't see it at www.************************

Thanks for your help though.

IMHO, if you have a brand new SL then surely money is no object - so head to the dealer/Brabus, AMG or someone similar right now.

Don't mind me, I'm just jealous ;-)

I don't have any money left! Just kidding (I hope). All I wanted was a wood and leather steering wheel and the gear shift. I sprung for the $850 steering wheel as soon as I got the car, but I just couldn't pull the trigger on the $350 gear shift, or shaft in this case. I would have thought of that every time I looked at it. However, I did see the gear shift I'm looking for at the www.************************.

Thx
