Xenon Headlmaps
Your best bet would be to find someone selling factory 140 S-Class Xenon lamps from model year 1998 or 1999. (I've seen them on e-bay)
My second recommendation is; http://www.xenonshop.com/home.html I'm going to be installing Xenon lamps from Xenonshop.com on my 1993 400E.
