WTB Piece of Sway Bar W123
Posting for a friend:
Rust got the best of the passenger side sway bar on a 1984 300D. Need about 5-6 inches cut off a healthy sway bar to weld onto this one. As you can see, it broke just short of the upper control arm. It doesn't make sense to replace the entire sway bar on the car, and it's sitting at a garage now.
If anyone can cut a piece of sway bar off a parts car they have around, it would be greatly appreciated, and you'd be paid for the part, your time and shipping. Car is located in New York City.
EDIT: Just found out about the below repair tool from fastlane. Genius. Thanks for the feedback, all!
