om603 Tools - bundle of useful items parting out.... shipped CONUS

I am selling off all of my om603 specific tools now that my 300TD's are gone. Here are the specific tools needed for a head removal + tool needed for fully servicing your injector pre-chambers.

All were bought from Samstag tools except for the pre-chamber removal tool. All of these tools are in perfect working order, the rail puller was a duplicate in my tool box and was never used. Here is a list of the part numbers and what they cost new;

605 589 00 33 00 rail pin puller $50 shipped cONUS

605 589 00 33 00 rail pin puller ($79.95 new price)

603 589 00 40 00 Sauer pulley gripping wrench 608 93 400 ($99.99 new price)

601 589 00 10 00 HAZET 2751 XZN 140mm M10 head bolt ($32.99 new price) - selling both together - one is still in the bag - the other was used and all of its splines are perfect.

601 589 05 21 00 Injection pump special locking tool ($39.99 new price)

BT 603 60 10 01 Pre-chamber tool ($100 new price) from Bend's Teul in California. I can't find this tool anymore on the internet - I got it from eBay a few years ago. This is the only way to go - I tried fabricating my own out of a socket, but it was an epic failure. This tool works like a million bucks - very solid and beautifully made.

Price is $175 for all of them shipped within CONUS - buyer to cover the PayPal fees of 3.5%

I know that you want to sell together but I am interested only in the two OM601 tools, if you decide to separate.

Thumbs up

I am interested in the prechamber tool and the pulley wrench... if you can tell me the use of the pulley wrench.

The other three I own, so this may work if you sell me two and the other to 'strelnik'

Welllll - that may be possible - let me get out my pencil and paper and do some cyphering.

The pull wrench is used to grab the fan clutch pulley and hold it in place while you use a socket to break loose the bolts that hold it to the clutch. Ordinarily you could leave the belt in place an it should hold the fan pull still, but in both of my cars the bolts were just too stuck, so I bought this tool. I think it'll fit other pulls in the car, but I've only used it on the fan pulley.

I'll let you know soon about separating the tools betwixt the two of ya

Hope this helps !

Those two tools sold - others remain (though the two 601 tools are pending payment).
