VGT Turbos, intercooler, silicone hoses, fans
As my GM-Benz project vehicle is no more, I'm getting rid of old parts for a never completed VGT turbo + intercooler installation.
What I've got: * 2 Garret GT22V turbos (servo actuated). These should be considered cores for doing a rebuild (one visibly has sand in it). * A small aluminum intercooler (it's one of these: Universal 16 5"x11"X2 5" Top Mount Exit JDM Aluminum Intercooler | eBay ) * Various silicone elbows, stainless couplers, and stainless clamps * 3 thermocouples * 2 electric fans (one used), with mounting kits * Intake manifold from a turbocharged OM617 * Intake manifold from a naturally aspirated OM617 * Amsoil Ea (nanofiber) air filter In short, if you've been considering throwing a VGT + intercooler onto your OM617, this set of parts will get you started. Probably the biggest stumbling block would be finding / creating an electronic controller for the turbo's servo. I got to the point where I had an arduino-based proof of concept working: see Garrett 712120 VNT Hella 6NW 008 412 actuator. I'd prefer to see these parts to go a crazy mercedes enthusiast, rather than some random craigslister. I'm MUCH more interested in getting rid of these parts than in recovering anything near what I've spent. If you are near Austin, TX, make me an offer!

Well I'm very interested and been looking for the system to mod my 78 Benz which has 75 thousands original miles all l that I pull my 22 foot bay liner boat with and sits on 20 inch aluminum rims. It has all the horse power I have ever demanded. You can send an email via Google with "kdguitas" prefer to talk and hopefully I can acquire these wonderful parts. Thank you.
